Explore Downtown Nashville as you never have before.
Nestled between Music Row and the downtown honky tonks that line Broadway sits luxury Thompson Nashville in The Gulch. One of the best walkable areas in the city, The Gulch is the destination for locals and travelers alike with restaurants, bars, breweries and nightlife. Whether you’re looking to shop, enjoy a meal or a place to listen to the music that makes Nashville the Music City, Thompson Nashville is a great place to be.
Thompson Nashville Hotel
A downtown Nashville luxury boutique hotel. There’s no place like Nashville, the perennial Southern crossroads that refuses to be typecast. And at the heart of this little big town’s explosive growth, The Thompson, a luxury boutique hotel in The Gulch, is the place to be.
Sharing the block with beloved bluegrass and roots music icon The Station Inn, Thompson Hotels celebrates this city’s creative spirit, with Nashville’s own Hastings Architecture Associates and James Beard Award-winning chef John Besh weaving an energetic new neighborhood luxury hotel destination into the local fabric.
Enjoy an evening on the rooftop bar for porch sippin’ cocktails, twenty regional brews and spectacular views from downtown Nashville to SoBro. Then head down to Marsh House restaurant for a seafood-focused, Gulf-to-Gulch take on Southern cooking, driven by the bounty of our local farmers and makers.

Nine Reasons to Attend the 2017 HCEG Annual Forum
C-Suite Peers
The HCEG Annual Forum offers an exclusive opportunity to get to know better, learn from, share with and network with a select number of invited healthcare leaders. Forum attendees are healthcare executives serving healthcare’s supply side: technology and innovation leaders, health systems, health plans, and provider organizations.
What’s the Focus?
“Guiding Healthcare Executives through Innovation, Change and Growth” is the theme of this year’s Annual Forum. Given uncertainty surrounding healthcare reform, escalating costs and the importance of digital transformation as a means of survival, it’s important for healthcare executives to zero in on the key strategies and ‘de-risking’ approaches most likely to provide value over the next 8-16 months.
Topics and Presentations
The theme, topics and presentations for the Annual Forum are developed by HCEG’s leadership and members based on the challenges and issues their organizations are currently facing. A mix of keynotes, industry thought leaders on panels, and HCEG member in discussions of best practices, case studies and other innovations will be shared along with select topics from the HCEG Top 10 highlighted and discussed in detail.
Expressive Environment
The setting and structure of the HCEG Annual Forum encourages and supports candid and confidential exchange between forum participants. Press and media are not allowed to attend and ensures that thoughts and opinions expressed are not taken out of context or show up in print.
Networking Opportunities
Formal and informal networking opportunities are woven into the two+ day event across various relaxed settings. You’ll get to know your peers without being lost in a crowd. And HCEG sponsors participate as thought leaders, checking their specific business interests outside the door.
ROI
Membership includes participation in the HCEG Annual Forum, HCEG Webinar Series and seasonal HCEG Executive Leadership Forums. The relaxed yet facilitated atmosphere allows learning and comparing notes with your peers. You’ll obtain information, test ideas and forge relationships beyond what’s possible at other healthcare conferences and events.
Worth Your Time?
The forum is intended to address key opportunities and challenges of today’s rapidly changing environment. You’ll be able to see if your company is ahead or behind the bell curve… and where best to find solutions specific to your market and focus. And the contacts you make at the Annual Forum will continue to provide on-going value long after the event is over.
Sponsors
HCEG’s Sponsor Partners are carefully selected based on their ability and willingness to share ideas and solutions with forum attendees on a collaborative basis. Only ten sponsors are allowed each year and aggressive selling is not allowed at the Annual Forum or any other leadership events and learning opportunities throughout the year.
Opportunity to Get Involved
The 2017 HCEG Annual Forum offers healthcare leaders the venue, thought leadership, peer interaction and networking collaboration to improve how your healthcare organization performs during these uncertain times. HCEG has four functioning committees where you can have an impact on the educational calendar, health care innovation, member selection and all programs throughout the year and be actively involved with other innovative leaders across the country.
“HCEG’s Annual Forum was a great opportunity to connect with many industry leaders and to get updated on the latest and greatest in the health care arena.”
