Celebrates with 30th Anniversary Forum in Minneapolis

Minneapolis, MN, September 5th, 2018The HealthCare Executive Group (HCEG) celebrates 30 years serving healthcare executives and industry leaders at the HCEG Annual Forum. The event kicks off Wednesday, September 12th just before noon at the Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis, MN –  the #1 Healthiest City in the United States. With 30 years as a convener of healthcare executives and thought leaders, HCEG continues to provide a platform for healthcare leadership organizations to discuss the opportunities, challenges and issues that face healthcare executives every day.

This 30th Anniversary Annual Forum brings together select healthcare executives from across the country for two days of transformative dialogue focused on innovation and technology in the industry. Speakers include nationally-recognized healthcare thought leaders such as Andy Slavitt, former Acting CMS Administrator and current leader of Town Hall Ventures, Secretary Shulkin, former United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs and Dan Buettner, National Geographic Fellow, NY Times bestselling author and principal at the Blue Zones Project. The closing keynote will be presented by Dr. Craig Samitt, the new CEO of BCBSMN.

In addition to Andy, Dan, Secretary Shulkin and Craig, other accomplished speakers and panelists will lead nine handcrafted, interactive sessions covering topics selected from the 2018 HCEG Top 10 and developed by HCEG leadership, session moderators and panelists. Each session is designed to provide actionable insight into current topics of value to the health plan, health system and healthcare provider executives attending the annual forum.
